Week 22

How Far Along? 22 Weeks

Maternity Clothes?  All the time on the bottom now, but still no tops yet, most of my regular tops have still be long enough so far, but they are starting to creep up.   

Weight Gain? 18 pounds, I think.  We'll see at my appointment on Friday. 

Stretch Marks? None yet - I'm sure these are coming though. 

Sleep? It's getting better.  I'm usually just getting up once or twice to use the bathroom, but falling back asleep quickly. 

Best Moment of the Week: Making some real progress on the nursery. 

Weirdest Comment: This week I may have received the weirdest comment of my whole life!  A women in my office, who I've never said more than a polite "Hello." to made a comment in our break room about how she noticed me at a staff meeting the day before and wanted to make fun of me about something that she was sure my husband had mentioned.  Then she pointed at her chest and basically said that I had no bo.obs before and now I did!  Hahahaha!  How inappropriate is that?  I was in the bathroom a few minutes later and my boss came in to and said, "I guess people look all sense of what they should and shouldn't say when they are talking to people who are pregnant."  It was truly one of the strangest things someone has ever said to me. 
 
Movement?  Yes, it's getting stronger and more regular, although it's still not all the time.  I've heard every baby is different in this, but I'm going to check with the doctor at our next appointment.

Gender?  It's a boy! 

What I miss? Honestly, nothing :)

Symptoms: Weight gain, having trouble getting comfortable at night, pain in my tailbone when sitting (this comes and goes).

Milestones: Getting ready to register.  I'm still a little freaked out that we are actually doing this, but it really seems like it's time to get going on this step. 

Emotions: Happy!  I'm getting more and more comfortable being pregnant.
