This Thanksgiving marks 2 years since J and I began TTC. It really hit me the other day how long it's actually been. Last year AF arrived on Thanksgiving day (lovely, right?) and I was devastated. It was the official one year mark which meant it time for me to call my doctor. Our problem was quickly identified and we were thrilled 5 months later when we received our BFP. I know that we were fortunate to conceive so quickly after beginning treatments and we will forever be thankful for the amazing medical staff who made our dreams come true. This year we have so much to be thankful for - topping our list is the little boy who will finally be joining our family in the next few weeks. It's truly amazing!

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad it happened so quickly, and that your son will soon be in your arms!!! Last Thanksgiving AF arrived in the morning - it was our last shot with Clomid. We knew after that it was on to our RE and most likely IVF. I was devastated as well. It's amazing what a difference a year can make. I'm so, so glad we both have our miracles on the way!!! Congratulations on being almost 35 weeks!!!!
